This kitchen has become the hangout for every get together we have.
This counter is our favorite place to eat most of the time, but my favorite times are sitting here with friends and family, sometimes just sharing a cup of coffee and conversation.
The food pantry turned into a dish closet with a glass window to see all the beautiful white dishes was must for me. I really needed the storage for the pretty things, and it's all about the dishes, right?
Chairs and pillows are a issue for me! My hubby complains that we have all these chairs but only the pillows can sit in them.....
This lamp and the plates were mommas. It makes me smile every time I turn this lamp on!
This island cart was a Home Goods find. I use it to hold cook books, dishes, towels, and sometimes when I'm in the cooking mood (ha!) you might find potatoes and onions in the drawers. We put hardwood floors throughout our home when we built. I have had hardwood in my kitchens for years and I love the look. They add a cozy warm feeling with the white cabinets.
I have 99 problems but dishes, chairs and pillow don't count as problems. HAHA! :)
Pretty vintage plates are another collection I enjoy hunting for! And yes we use those plates sometimes. The plates on the wall are not finished. I have a few more to hang there but Im planning to put a coffee station there and will wait until I have that project completed before finishing the plates. And as you can see there is another chair with a pillow. :)
Behind the sliding door is the laundry room, that I will share at another time.
So this sums up this little kitchen tour. Thank you for stopping by today, I appreciate every visit and reading your comments make my day!
Sweet Blessings to you all, Nancy

Nancy your kitchen is beautiful! I love the vintage touches you gave it.
Nancy, I love your kitchen so much and the way you've decorated it really makes me smile. The wood slice by the sink, the chicken feeder plate holder filled with vintage plates, the island, the chairs...all of it!! It's so pretty, friend. :)
I just love the dishes in the chicken feeder! Beautiful tour. Thanks for sharing at TFT!
