It’s Shopping Day

Put on your comfy shoes and let’s go to Tomlinson’s in North Myrtle Beach~

DSC06837Tomlinson’s is a place that is FULL of everything from Home Decor to Clothing, and I mean everything! Some things are a GREAT price and others are not so great…It’s one of those kind of places. But, still a great place to shop and get ideas! I think you’ll agree.

DSC06838I loved this, and I think it’s Gorgeous, but I can make that for alot less the 136.45 WOW! That’s why I took the ;)

DSC06839 There is isle after isle of gorgeous decor for the home~This type of decor has great prices and good buys.

DSC06840Oh the lamps~ and of course one of my many weaknesses…This rooster one, was so tempting, but it was one of those items, I felt was too much. I’m use to Hobby Lobby’s great lamp prices so, It is so hard to pay full price for a lamp.

DSC06841 This clock was adorable and would have been perfect in my Sunroom.

DSC06842 Cute bunnies~

DSC06843 Gorgeous Tureen and canister~

DSC06844 Everybody should have a monogrammed flag in your yard, if you don’t….go find one….they are so cute and the colors just keep getting better with them! And, they’re not very expensive either!

DSC06845 OH, I LOVED this lamp!!!! OH, I wanted it sooooo BAD! Did you notice that it matched the clock, above?!

DSC06847 Lots of florals~

What did I buy?

DSC06976 Things I could pack and take back with me…lol ;) This adorable rooster towel, just love his colors, and he is inspiring me to make a tassel to match him! Also the checked towel behind him was a Tomlinson find!

DSC06977 They even had matching placemats, so I got a few of them. They were a good price at 2.49 each. I know I need to iron them, but I don’t have time to do that, I have to blog! lol :)

DSC06979 And, I just love all the colors in the placemats and towels! The topiary towels I already had. The checked towels and placemats are Village Check by Park Designs.

DSC06982 I also found these cute measuring cups and these 2 small spoons, I have already used these spoons several times…I don’t know what I did before I had them, they are just perfect for little things. And, of course I picked RED! ;) The measuring cups are made of Melamine, and you can order them here, at They come in an array of beautiful colors. They are $6.00 for the set of 3.

I want to mention that Tomlinson’s also has isles of gorgeous bedding and window treatments. My guest room bedding came from Tomlinson’s several years ago, and they do have good prices on bedding!!! They also have a designer on staff that is glad to help you anytime and they do custom work as well.

I hope you have enjoyed our little shopping trip to Tomlinson’s! It really is a great place to go. If you are ever in the Myrtle Beach area, it is just a short drive up hwy 17north to North Myrtle Beach, You can’t miss Tomlinson’s on the left going North!

A great big THANKYOU to everyone that visits and takes the time to let me know! I always enjoy the comments from all of you, and the emails from all the ladies and gents that don’t have blogs, but you let me know that you enjoy my blog! Keep ‘em coming! Blessings to you all, Nancy

Hi Nancy! Sitting here on my son's lap top and recovering from my Dallas weekend. Our computer is at Best Buy for repair.

Tomlinson's looks like a fun store. It's funny to me that you bought cup towels and placemats on vacation. I buy exactly the same things. It's fun to look at them and remember your trip.

Hope you are having a great week. :)

Wow those are some great finds Nancy. I just love the colors in the kitchen linens. Also think you have great restraint not to snatch up some of those other goodies. It's so hard to make choices like that sometimes, don't you think???

Looks like the kind of store I would like. I just left HL and they had 50% off their decorative glass wear. I was good - it stayed there. :-)

I was just at Myrtle Beach the first week of June and we also went to Tomlinson's. Isn't it the neatest place? I could stay in there all day looking around. I got some great "treasures", as I call them. I got one of those small monogrammed flags in pink and green, of course!! Have a great week. Love & blessings from NC!

I've never left a comment on your blog before, even though I've been a reader for a while. But, since you posted about a store that shares my last name, I had to do so today! I love to read about your shopping trips! I'll have to check out this store if I'm ever in Myrtle Beach. (I live in Mississippi.) Have a great day.

Looks like my kind of store! I love the pics that you posted. The towels and placemats are so cute. Love the colors. They would fit right in with my kitchen, too.
I'll have to get to that store someday. We usually head to Hilton Head instead of Mrytle Beach but we have been there in the past. We'll have to take a couple of days and head that way.
