I just bought 3 new books at a book sale.
Full of ideas….and every page reminds me of a blogger….This would have to be Rue!
Check out this idea….it’s an old silver ladle, nailed to a piece of wood and used as a candleholder….who would have thought!
A table put together with chippy old wood pieces.
And Picture This….it’s a door knob…….
with wire that is glued into the knob and twisted.
And this Ribbon details book will have to be in a post all on it’s own! Oh, honey wait until you see the ribbon details! I heart ribbon!
Hope y’all are having a great weekend! I’m going to enjoy my new books, and make a list of craft needs, I mean wants… ;)
Thanks for stopping by today! Blessings to you all!

LOL. Even before I read your comment on the one photo I thought how much that reminded me of Rue! I love decorating books!
And speaking of decor, I've opened an Etsy shop with European treasures. Come have a peek!
Rue also popped into my mind when I saw the pics of the chairs. What great finds you have there. I especially love the glass doorknob idea.
Those do look like great books. I just LOVE decorating books. My friends and family even give them to me as gifts for birthdays and things. :) Some of them I look at and realize that they are not even necessarily in style anymore...but I still enjoy them. Tuesday Morning has some really pretty ones sometimes for cheap.
Thanks for sharing all of those great pictures and fun ideas Nancy. I especially love the ladle candleholder. Can't wait to see the ribbon details!! ~Kim
