When it comes to food, if it aint easy, I aint cooking it… ;) So this is for all us easy does it gals….nothing fancy smancy here, but I do love to grill everything! It’s quick, easy and the clean up is a breeze. Oh yeah, Foodie Friday is going on over at Designs by Gollum…so if you want some great ideas for dinner this next week…head on over there, after you finish here….you’re sure to find some delicious recipes!
I know you all have all grilled chicken before many times, and chicken is something that really needs flavoring. I love to try different spices on my chicken, and I am always looking for that gourmet stuff at Marshalls….y’all know that isle I am talking about, it makes me feel like a chef to use that stuff. A while back I found this Lemon Pepper seasoning and thought I would give it a try for my chicken. Well, this is my 3rd bottle! Do you think I loved it!!!!! Yes I did!
Melt a little I can’t believe it’s not Butter pour it and Olive Oil on your chicken along with the Lemon Pepper seasoning and marinate for a few hours in the fridge. Then grill…or bake in the oven.
I almost forgot to take a picture of it before it was all eaten… ;)
This is the way I like to eat grilled chicken….a lettuce wedge with bacon, onion, cucumbers, tomatoes, O'Charley’s Ranch dressing and a roll on the side! Oh so good!
Is your mouth watering yet? Yeah, mine too!
To see more delicious food head on over to Designs by Gollum for Foodie Friday.
Hope y’all have a fantastic and WARM weekend! Blessings!

Does O'Charley’s Ranch dressing come in a dry packet? Or is it in a glass container. I would love to try it and it is not in our grocery stores.
I will be out in your beautiful area in a few weeks and was just wondering if it is something that can be taken on a plane?
