Oh I've been ignoring everybody's comments about WLR because I don't want to learn something new. Is it worth the time?

I've been trying it out too. So far, I've only used it once but it seems to be a pretty good program.

Love the picture of the nest and eggs. Not sure about downloading something else! My hubby would have a fit as he thinks everything I download slows down our computer!! Enjoy your day!

OMG! You are my new BFF! I never knew I could use WLR! I just did my first post and it was awesome! So much quicker and more user friendly than blogger. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I printed off the info. from another blog, but have not downloaded it yet. My computer is having issues with speed these days and on occasion freezes up, and am trying to find the problem. So will hold off downloading anything else right now. Thanks for sharing the information.

I guess I'm slow. I haven't heard of this before. I guess I better check it out or I reckon I will still be considered slow.

I heard about WLW from Rhoda (Southern Hospitality). Have used it the past week or two and really like it. Just being able to see how a post will look after it's published is a big plus. I also like the option for having larger photos, at a touch. It's a great tool. I only downloaded writer, not the other items. Love it!

Thanks Nancy for filling us in on WLW. I'm going to give it a try.

I'm glad my bunnies brought a smile to your face. Your blog brings me much happiness. I know what you mean about stepping away. Blogging is so addictive. I think we should all agree we don't always have to comment every single day to every person. We love every blogger but it can get overwheming, can't it?

Well when I get a chance I am going to have to check that out. I have been seeing it around. Thanks for visiting today. Hope you are having a great week!

Well I hope I don't screw up and delete my blog or blow up my computer...but I think I'll give it a try. I'll let you know if you're in trouble or not lol

I'm so glad you found WLW! I never blog using Blogger anymore, it's just too slow! And I love how when you add pics to your post on WLW, they go exactly where you put them instead of at the very top of the post. It's heaven not having to drag the pictures all over the place and then go back to fix all the formatting!! Yay for WLW!!

I think live writer is just the answer to that problem of waiting until the pictures load up when you are blogging. THey seem to come in faster with live writer and then you can size them, center them, as well as put frames around them. It looks a lot neater. And I love having a choice of all those fonts to use. It is much quicker. One thing, my blog does not come up when I use it, like you said. It comes up in a separate window when I click on it from the start button. It's easy to use, go ahead and try it. For those slow computers I had read somewhere that if you have a lot of programs that start up when you boot the computer it can make it slow. Google that and it will show you how to delete some of those. And don't forget to go to Tool, options and delete your temporary files. Peggy from PA

I keep hearing about this, but I'm so technologically-challenged. I'm just wondering if I'd be able to figure it out. I've needed lots of help from my kids to figure out all this computer stuff and I don't know if my brain cells can handle another big techie thing.
