There's A New Blogger In Town~Meet The Queen of Southern Etiquette, Miss Janice
In England there is only room for one Queen Mum, but here in the South we have many Queen Mums...LOL If you are from the south, then you better know your Queens, Miss Paula Deen, Miss Deborah Ford, and Miss Janice! Shame on you if you don't who they are! Ask for forgiveness immediately! Miss Paula, is Queen of Southern Cuisine! Miss Deborah is Queen of All things Southern, She is the Author of several fantastic Southern books. If you are from the south, then you know these books are our Southern Bibles! If you are not from the south and you want to be a southerner....RUN to your nearest bookstore and ask for any books they might have by Deborah Ford! You will learn all things about living southern! Miss Deborah also has a website where you can purchase her books here. Now, this brings me to Miss Janice, Miss Janice is the Queen of Southern Etiquette! I have enjoyed visiting her website here for years, but girls I have some Good News! Miss Janice has stared a blog...Here.... and let me tell you, when she left me a comment on my blog, I was so excited, I couldn't gather my thoughts fast enough to check it out and make sure it was the real Miss Janice! Finally, when my heart rate had come back to normal and I was able to gather my thoughts, I then found out it was the Real Miss Janice! All y'all must go over and check out her blog! She is new to having her own blog, so y'all make her feel welcome in blog world! You will love this Southern Lady ever bit as much as I do! On her website you can learn about everything she does! Etiquette lessons for all ages(I need those), Southern entertaining(Oh, I love that), Tea Parties! Oh, and so much more! Y'all just run over there and soak it all in!
This is Miss Janice...Oh, here in the South, we always add Miss to the beginning of every Southern Girl's name. That is the proper Southern Etiquette!Don't forget to go over and visit with Miss Janice and leave her a comment! I know you all will love her! I want to thank everybody that has entered your name for my give away. If you haven't yet signed up for my Give Away....hurry up...girl, your almost out of time!!! Hi Nancy,
I just stopped by Miss Janice's and told her that you sent me. Love her site and look forward to getting to know her better. This is the first time I have heard of her.
Hugs,
Sue
How nice of you to toot Miss Janice's horn. She has a great blog! Look at your Christmas header! Boy you're on top of things.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia :)
Thank you Nancy. I visited Miss Janice's blog what an inspiration. Thanks for all your support and inspiration. By the way, I did buy one of those cute letters from Tinsel and Treasure.
I did "meet" Miss Janice. I hope she can teach me a thing or two...like online cotillion. I just came by to tell you that I love the photo of you & your husband. You look like you belong on the set of Dallas (you know, the "old" tv show!)
Well Miss Nancy, I'll be sure to stop on by and give her a visit...this is all being typed with a Southern accent.....
Oh no...I did not mean to offend! You both look very distinguished! There's nothing wrong with that.
Hi Nancy, I went to visit Miss Janice. I liked her blog.
woo hoo...you got a message from the queen! Why I think that qualifies you to be royalty by proxy! I'll go check her out...even if I'm not southern lol
What a lovely introduction, I'll be sure to pop over to Miss Janice's blog and visit her.
Many sweet blessings!
Hi Nancy! I'll go check out Miss Janice too! I love all things southern. I find southern style decorating to be elegant and cozy all at once as I've told Miss Janie before. I need some new decorating books so I'll also check out Miss Deborah! So Miss Nancy - Have a great weekend - Sincerely, Jeannette (I don't qualify for the Miss, I'm a northerner; oops I probably shouldn't have said that!lol)
ahhhh, I love your new blog bannee! Ready for Christmas! My, you surely are a pro-active gal! :) I will have to pay a visit to Miss Janie...
Have a wonderful weekend!
cielo
