~Christmas Show~

I've been so busy, I don't know if I am coming or going!!! I told you all about being invited to show my tassels at a Christmas Show this past weekend...so I jumped on the opportunity! It was a fun filled weekend, but I was so busy to get enough made up, that I feel I neglected my blog, blog friends, my home and my family...but after this offer was given to me...I only had a week to prepair. I took a few pictures of our booth, however I did not go around a take any more pictures of other booths...I didn't really have the time....and I was a little partial to this one anyway...LOL Hope y'all enjoy the show~ Pictures of a few of the tassels I took~

This is Miss Mildred....she has been doing shows for 25 years! This is her last year...she is retiring. She has been so helpful to me and is teaching me so much! I have bought several trees and arrangements from her over the last several years...that's how we have become friends! Next year she will be coaching and training me to do this on my own, I am so excited. We will be going shopping after Christmas to gather up supplies for next year, and we will be making a trip to the Atlanta Mart...I am just bubbling over that!!!

You should be able to click on the pictures to enlarge!

That's me....above and the picture below is Miss Mildred and me.

I made a few of these frames...different colors...sold them all but one.

Look who showed up~Emi....Yeah, she had her face painted....so cute!
It was a great show...sold over half of my tassels and I received several custom orders. I am so grateful for this opportunity. Mildred sold almost everything...her booth looked so pitiful the last couple of hours....but that's a good thing!
Those of you that are waiting on tassels....they are coming! Mishelle...yours received it's coat of paint today!!! I will finish him up later tonight. Thank you all for your patience! Janera, I haven't forgot about you either! I will be in touch soon!
I HOPE to get my Christmas decorating done this week! I know you all have been waiting so patiently....LOL I did buy a few new things to decorate with this year...so I am so excited! I can't wait to visit with some of you and see what all you talented gals have been up to! I know I have missed some wonderful posts!
Now, I am off to wash clothes or go buy more...LOL....This house is a mess too....can't take it anymore!
Oh, have listed some new tassels....and the best part...most of them are below $20...so check them out. They make great handmade gifts!
Happy Thanksgiving to you all!!!! I am so thankful for all you gals that I have met this year! I never thought this little blog would lead me to such wonderful ladies as you all! Blessings, Nancy

that looks like it was so much fun. your friends work is beautiful. I went to our local christmas craft show this weekend and it honestly was quite sad. nothing that was different or striking. its the first time in the 20 years i've lived here that went to it.

I'm glad it went well for each of you. I posted a picture of the tassel i won from you!

What beautiful ladies and such a beautiful show! You sound so happy and excited -- how blessed you are, for sure!

Girl, my wheels are over here just turning and turning. Did a little shopping tonight, in fact, but didn't find everything we talked about.

It's fun thinking and searching, though.

Have a peaceful and wonderful holiday!

So exciting to be involved in something like this (good justification for spending time crafting and not doing yucky housework!lol) The tassels are all gorgeous and as soon as I get my act together here I may be picking up one of those beauties for myself!! I do think you need to take a deep breath though; you are exhausting me!!lol Have a great Thanksgiving - Sincerely, Jeannette

Hi Nancy,
I just found your blog through Kristens. Your tassels are lovely. I have a silk floral design shop in New York, so I loved seeing all of the beautiful florals and wreaths at this show.
