~A Week Of Fall Fun~

It's going to be a week of Fall Fun! Since this is the first week of Fall I thought I better get on the Ball Y'all! I have seen so many beautiful Fall Posts, You gals blow my mind. The ideas you all come up with are amazing. I have never done so much Fall decorating and shopping. I have bought and returned so many times, Hobby Lobby knows my name...LOL. Fall has never been a specialty of mine, but you all have inspired me! To me Fall is all about color...It is without doubt the most beautiful time of the year! Fall means.... Beautiful, colorful trees, ball games, smells of burning wood, cool mornings, cool evenings, festivals, craft shows, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie, apple cider, caramel apples, trick or treat, Thanksgiving, and Fall is so refreshing after a HOT Summer, Oh, I could go on and on. I know with out a doubt, the Almighty God, the one and only Creator, created the beauty of the seasons! We are Blessed to live in one of the most beautiful area's of this country, here we are surrounded with Mountains, and the colors of the trees in the fall are breathtaking! This week I will share MY FALL FUN and hope you all enjoy!

We begin this Fall Fun with the front porch...Y'all come on over a sit a while, I'm sure you need to sit, if you've been busy with Fall Fun at your home.
Let's go meet the Pumpkin Family. This is Mr. & Mrs. Pumpkin, they use to live at Big Lots, but I adopted them 4 years ago. They greet the guest as they walk to the door. OOH, look at the Fall colors.....after all that is what Fall is all about! I bought this swag a couple of years ago at Hobby Lobby, but the metal pumpkin came from Rhonda at Scooterblus Whimsy...it goes perfect with the swag!!! Thanks Rhonda!!
This arrangement sits between the garage doors. It is filled with real baby squash and gourds, the Mum sits in the middle.
This wagon sits in the front yard and holds all the pumpkins, gourds and Mums, I can fit in it. I bought it several years ago at K-mart. It almost ended up in a few garage sales, but I just couldn't do it...and boy, am I glad. I hadn't used in a couple of years, but thanks to y'all, I am using it this year. I will be adding a large squash and will show you a updated picture in another post.

Miss Birdie had to have a little Fall Fun too...LOL

I had to show you what I did with this iron plant stand....I used it all Summer with flowers in it...I was going to buy dried gourds to display in it for Fall, but I haven't found any yet, so here is how it is being used for now, storage for the water hose. This might become a permanent job for this plant stand. I kinda like it.That wraps up this Fall Fun Post. Come back this week for more outside and inside Fall Fun!! I have a couple of Fall Recipes to share this week also. Hope everyone has a great Sunday! ~Nancy

Very nice! It's looks beautiful! I also like that plant stand idea. I use mine for pots but maybe a hose would be good too. :)

Hi Nancy! Everything looks so pretty! I love the little ones peeking out from the ferns but my favorite is that pretty wagon. I would never get rid of that so many possiblities. I really like the idea for your hose too; they are annoying to disguise! Can't wait for inside pics (I'm way behind on my fall decorating, still to humid!) Have a great Tuesday - Jeannette

Wow, you did a great job with your outdoor pretties. What luck neighbors you must have that get to enjoy all your beautiful decorations.
I love all the yellow mums and hope to find some for here. I keep waiting for it to get a little cooler but that doesn't seem to be happening any time soon so I guess I better get busy before the yellow mums are all gone.
Hugs,
Sue
