~Home Tour Part 1~

~Not My Dream Home, But It Would Do~

You never know what you will come across....we took a little Sunday Afternoon drive and look what we found....they were having a open house on this home. The house will be auctioned this coming Sunday, but they won't take less then $1.2 million....We might go back to see what it goes for. I did ask if I could take pictures, and was told yes....but I am putting a COPYRIGHT on these pictures....Please donot copy any of these home pictures....You may take any of my own personal home, but not this one.....Thanks

Are You Ready???? Let's go on a tour of a 9,427 sq ft Custom Built Home. This home is adorned with plantation style trim molding throughout with wide plank hardwood flooring on the main level and six stacked fireplaces. An open floor plan with Five Bedrooms and Six and a Half Bathrooms plus a 2,500 sq ft lower level Recreation Room. This will be a two part post, so stay tuned for more. Hope you enjoy the tour.

This house has Stacked Tennessee stone, 50 year faux slate roof, copper gutters, and solid wood doors. Okay...see the Willow Tree....well, over behind it is another beautiful wood door that goes into the Home Office, that you will see in Part 2 of the tour. The picture below is the main front door. Made of Solid Wood...gorgeous iron detailing and a little peep door that opens from inside. This is a little area on the front of the house....there is a little patio behind that wall. Beautiful Powder Bathroom Of course a Butler's Pantry!

This is the Living Room, just past the foyer. This is the other side of the Living Room.

Standing in the foyer looking in the Living room....you can see the family room over to the left....check out the Baby Grand Piano. On the back side of the living room is the dining room. Thanks for stopping by! That home is gorgeous. Is that a mini piano by the grand? I like looking at beautiful homes also, but the older I get, the less I want it...someone has to clean it! But I guess if you can afford that kind of house, you can afford a housekeeper!!
